We are thrilled to pull back the curtain on one of our most ambitious projects to date! Our incredible team at Digital Solutions 247 had the distinct honour of handling the full event setup and production for a series of high-profile international summits in Riyadh, including the landmark UN Tourism General Assembly 2025 and the inaugural TOURISE Summit
The Vision: A Tech-Forward Experience
The brief was clear: deliver a visually stunning, technologically advanced environment capable of hosting global leaders and setting a new standard for international conferences. We utilized the expansive facilities in Riyadh to construct a dynamic, immersive space.
Our Solution: Scale and Innovation
Our team installed massive, seamless curved LED walls that served as the backdrop for all main stage events. The vibrant purple and green branding colours ensured a modern, engaging visual identity. The sheer scale of the setup required meticulous planning and execution by our “A-Team,” ensuring every piece of scaffolding and AV equipment was perfectly placed and safety checked.
It was a challenging yet highly rewarding project. Watching the space come alive with lights, technology, and energy was a proud moment for every member of the DS247 family.
